"This is by far the best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. This week we woke up to the inside of our house being 66 degrees (and it was a morning where the outside temp was a “feels like 9 degrees”). At some point our heat conked out. Panic! My manager asked me who I use and I said I’ve got a list I’ve used over the years, but didn’t have a go-to company. She thankfully gave me the information for Always There Air. She uses them exclusively and said many neighbors do too. Caleb was responsive and was able to come out that morning. He was thorough, personable, communicative (with pictures of what he discovered), was easy to understand and explained things very well. He was able to immediately fix an item and got my heat up and running. He saw a few issues with our aging unit. Gave a list which showed a range of bare minimum items up to if we wanted to do it all. Depending on little or how much I wanted to replace or touch. Other companies would’ve felt like they were pressuring me to pick the pricy items but he gave no judgement and conveyed it’s up to the homeowner and understood our desire to get a few more years out of our HVAC. Since I had such confidence in his abilities and felt comfortable with him I signed up for his yearly Maintenance Program. I also had him come out the next day to complete an item on the list which will prevent a future issue. So I highly recommend this company and Caleb!"
